In the Arms of A Miracle

We often consider a miracle as being what happens when we get to the other side of a trial. Thank God for testimonies! Yet, how about every second, every moment, when you bow your head and lean into the Lord who carries you? How about seasons when you wait. and wait. and desperately want to quit? Yet! something – someOne – anchors your soul and empowers you to do what you cannot do? Isn’t that a miracle? I think so.

Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:28-31

Even to your old age and gray hairs, I am he. I am he who will sustain you.I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.

Isaiah 46:4
